agreed. nobody wanted another star wars mmo, if they did galaxies would still be here. people wanted bioware to make a sequel to one of last gens best rpgs. we wanted a singleplayer star wars knights game. that simple. sometimes multiplayer is not the way to go, this is one of those cases.
i can almost guarantee if they made a knights sequel it would have cost 4-5 less and made much more profit than the old republic will ever return

i dont agree with this at all. games borrow elements of other games all the time. god of war is not any different from any other action game other than it added quick time events and changed the controls slightly. otherwise its a melee based, fixed camera, story driven action game. sounds a lot like devil may cry to me, hell the only real difference being one has better combat ( dmc ) and one has quicktime events and yet nobody mentions how it blatently ripped off dmc. only certain games get ...
agreed. i played the first and was pleasantly surprised by its quality. looked forward to this one, not hugely anticipated becuase it is activision so i expected it to be solid at best, but still wanted to play it.

i personally didnt have a problem with the old ending. i thought it was great. a bit vague and had a few holes but nothing to crazy. then after having watched the "extended ending" i think they officially f*cked it up. it actually added more holes for me ( why are they still flying in spaceships when he said that destroying the reapers would wipe out all technology????? apparently that only applied to killing the geth, the reapers, and jokers ship. everything else was fine )

i used to buy a lot but now its just out of control. admittedly though my principles would not keep me from buying any. if i really love the game and need more i will buy more. otherwise i dont care. i didnt get the dlc for lords of shadow either though but thats just simply becuase i felt i had enough when i stopped.

prob becuase the first frostbite seemed more powerful, at least to me. you could literally demolish the entire battlefield and the graphics werent much worse. they looked arguably more realistic to me anyway.

they dont "need" to sell that much to be profitable. they just "want" to see each game do cod numbers. i personally respect the cod franchise even though i do not like it. however publishers need to stop using that as a measure of success. budget your games production properly, appeal to fans of that genre, and understand that cods success comes from an appeal not every game can have or needs. if you want a survival horror game, appeal to those fans and the game will sell....
